Francis Mangubat is one of the youngest successful entrepreneurs in the real estate industry. He is the founder and owner of Advance Philly, one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the industry. The self-made multi-millionaire found his way into the real estate industry at an early age, starting from zero to work his way to the top. Francis’s relentless passion for success saw him rise against the odds, overcoming all the life challenges that barricaded his path.
Francis was born and raised in a humble background. He moved to the US with his family at the age of 8. Life in the US was not favorable to them, as they had to share a 3-bedroom apartment with 13 other people. Growing up poor motivated Francis and fueled him to work harder. He wanted to grow up a successful man and help his family.
Francis got his first job working for a top team and brokerage in Philadelphia at 22. His favorite part of the “East Coast Grit” is getting to the gym at 5:30am, in the office at 7am, dialing the phones all day to schedule potential client meetings, get home at 10pm and do this every day for the rest of the year.
With hard work, commitment, and resilience, a young Francis quickly built himself a reputation of being one of the hardest workers. Francis was able to expedite his learning curve and sold 5 properties his 3rd month in the business June 2016. This was a big motivation for the young Francis, who also hosted a Ted Talk after he acquired this first property in 2016. Francis credits these small wins as major catalysts, setting the pace for his continued success in the industry.
At 24, Francis established his first real estate company, Advance Philly, based out of Keller Williams Philadelphia. Francis has founded the company on a culture built around hard work, which led Advance Philly now being one of the top Real Estate teams in the city. One of the top criteria’s that Advance Philly has when hiring is a relentless work ethic.
Francis now shares a dream to scale Advance Philly to become the top real estate company in the country. His vision is doing over $40 million in sales in the Philadelphia real estate industry while challenging his team to hit the $100 million target.
The self-made multi-millionaire also inspires other young real estate agents and entrepreneurs to continue working hard in their respective industries. He challenges everyone to strive to be a top performer in whatever industry they are in, as that is one of the greatest ways to create success. Francis also sees endless potential in residential real estate, so he encourages everyone to just get started with their first property and scale. He sees it as an ideal investment opportunity for building generational wealth.
