"My partner and I were looking for a place to rent on the Main Line and decided to reach out to Keller Williams to see if we could get help with that search. Neither of us had ever worked with a realtor before and I wasn't even sure if finding a rental was a service they provided. Alyssa Heck picked up the phone when I called and was super kind and helpful. She gathered all of the information regarding what we were looking for and within an hour had connected us with a realtor, Graeme Baumstein. I do not have enough good things to say about Graeme. She was beyond helpful in our search! She was super responsive via email and text. We were able to send her a few properties that we found and she was able to find some places that hadn't even hit the websites yet. She booked all of the appointments for us to see the properties and joined us to give her advice. Her knowledge of the Main Line helped guide our search (for example, the pictures for one property did not look great online, but she knew the street well and recommended we see it, and it was stunning in person). She did not push us in making a decision and prioritized allowing my partner and I to find what worked best for us. We found a rental within a week and Graeme helped us through the negotiations and lease agreement. We are looking forward to working with her again in the future when we are ready to buy!"
