Gretchen was born and raised in Kingston, Pennsylvania and moved to her favorite city of Philadelphia in 2015.

Gretchen is fiercely loyal and committed to making people feel welcomed in the city of brotherly love and sisterly affection and the surrounding suburbs. She comes from a background in hotel management sales, and recently added property management to her resume. Throughout these careers here in Philly Gretchen has learned she truly finds joy in helping others find comfort within their living space, whether it be a temporary stay, a forever home, or easing the stress of selling a home.
