Once your pre-licensing courses are complete, you’ll need to pass the Real Estate Salesperson Exam, which includes two parts: a national section and a state-specific section. You must pass both to move forward in the licensing process. The exam is administered by the official testing provider for your state.

After passing the exam, you’ll need to complete a background check and apply for your license through your state. In Pennsylvania, this means creating a PALS account, submitting documents, paying the fee, and having a sponsoring broker confirm your affiliation. Our agent services team can help with the process, and once approved, you’ll be licensed to practice.
