Meet Sam Franklin

Sam moved to Philadelphia in 2006 and has seen firsthand the rapid expansion and economic growth that our metropolitan area has experienced in the past two decades. Licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, Sam's coverage main coverage areas include Center City Philadelphia, as well as surrounding areas, including the Main Line, Northwest Philadelphia and Delaware County. For clients relocating to the Philadelphia area, his wide range of knowledge is essential to achieving the best results in a timely manner. With over 20 years of real estate experience, Sam is a skilled negotiator who advocates on behalf of his clients to attain their real estate goals. Sam holds a BA in Political Science from Vassar College and an MA in Romance Languages from the University of Pennsylvania. He now resides in Ardmore on the Main Line with his husband and fellow agent and team member, Gregory Augustine.
