Get to Know Me

Lisa specializes in assisting clients, whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors, across diverse price ranges in Philadelphia and its surrounding areas. A resident of Philadelphia since 1998, Lisa initially came to the city to pursue her education at Drexel University, where she earned a BS in Design and Merchandising with a minor in Business Administration.

With a strong affection for the city, she has remained a resident ever since. Before venturing into real estate, Lisa enjoyed a 16-year career in the fashion industry, serving as a Buyer for various national retailers. Today, she seamlessly incorporates the skills acquired in fashion into the real estate realm.

Lisa possesses a discerning eye for design, allowing her to identify potential in homes that may go unnoticed by others. This talent extends to her approach with listings, where she provides valuable suggestions to enhance your home's appeal and maximize its market value.

Known for her adept negotiation skills and the ability to foresee market shifts, Lisa offers strategic advice on navigating the real estate landscape. She prioritizes understanding her clients' needs, dedicating time to listen and ensuring a personalized search experience that culminates in success. Recognizing the significance of real estate as a major life investment, Lisa aims to foster genuine relationships with clients that extend beyond the closing process.

Having lived in various Philadelphia neighborhoods, including West Philly, Fairmount, Old City, and Washington Square West, Lisa chose to establish roots in Fishtown by purchasing her first home in 2016. Beyond real estate, she enjoys exploring the latest workouts, spending leisure time with her bulldog, cheering for the Phillies and Eagles, nurturing her planter garden, and discovering the diverse array of bars and restaurants that Philadelphia has to offer.
