Meet Kasandra Lenker

Kassy credits her success in the Philadelphia real estate industry to her values of trust, honesty, and integrity, all of which she considers vital to building long-term and professional relationships with every client. She uses her vast sphere of influence and database to her advantage. What she enjoys most are ‘showings’ of properties and recognizing that ‘look’ the buyer has when they know they found their next home.

Graduating from Penn State University with a degree in Marketing and Public Relations has given Kassy a specific skill set she was able to transfer into her real estate career. Kassy is a leading producer for a top 5% real estate team that is approaching $150 million in sales from 2018 to date. Fresh Places at Compass gives her strong marketing and administrative support so she can focus on achieving her clients’ goals. Fresh Places is a full service real estate and lifestyle team representing clients in a spectrum of services, including residential, new development and investment properties. Her team shares its expertise, knowledge, and technology to ensure clients are represented with a competitive edge.

Kassy believes that luxury is not a price point, but a mind set. In her free time, she enjoys an active lifestyle and spends any free time traveling, hiking with her puppy, drawing, cooking, and loving wine.
