Meet John Frazar

John Frazar is a real estate professional with more than two decades of hands-on investing experience and has been a licensed Realtor since 2015. He specializes in investment properties and residential sales throughout Montgomery County and the greater Philadelphia area, with a strong focus on identifying value-add and income-producing opportunities.

Before becoming licensed, John built his business as a real estate investor and continues to own and manage a diverse portfolio of rental properties. His holdings include single-family, multi-family, commercial, and short-term rentals, and he remains actively involved in renovations, repositioning projects, and ongoing portfolio management. This real-world experience gives him a deep, numbers-driven perspective on pricing, cash flow, and upside potential.

John works with both new and seasoned investors, as well as homeowners, offering practical and straightforward guidance at every stage of the process. Outside of real estate, John is a private pilot and aviation enthusiast who owns and flies his own airplane. He and his family are also avid travelers and enjoy taking several international trips each year.
