Meet Jing Peng

Jing Peng is a Greater Philadelphia real estate professional, investor, and entrepreneur with two years of experience helping clients buy, sell, and invest with confidence. Her passion for real estate began more than a decade ago after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad. The book transformed the way she viewed ownership, financial freedom, and long-term wealth, inspiring her to pursue real estate investing and eventually build a career in the industry. Before entering real estate, Jing spent nearly 10 years working in higher education and the private sector, where she developed expertise in program management, leadership development, and relationship building. She excels at connecting with people, understanding their needs, simplifying complex information, and guiding clients through important decisions with clarity and confidence. In addition to being a licensed real estate agent, Jing is an active investor and co-founder of a Philadelphia-based construction company. Her hands-on experience with buying, renovating, managing, and selling properties gives her clients a valuable perspective on property condition, renovation potential, project costs, cash flow, and resale value. Jing serves buyers, sellers, relocating families, and investors throughout Philadelphia, the Main Line, and surrounding communities.
