Dave Deuschle (Erica’s husband) is an instrumental part of the Erica Deuschle team. Licensed since 2015, Dave has helped Erica grow her business exponentially by creating exceptional systems to enhance customer service. He works hand and hand with Erica every single day.

Dave is your main contact if you are a buyer. When house hunting with Dave, he will point out what’s wrong with a home and offer suggestions and resources for how to get things resolved! Because of his personal background in renovations, Dave is an incredible asset to you during your home search, inspection period and also post closing.

Dave has incredible communication skills, always staying ahead of the game, answering questions quickly and knowing the market. Dave is a top 3 buyers agent along the Main Line, year after year, representing 50+ a year. Dave is the #1 buyers agent in Haverford Township but represents an incredible amount of buyers in all local townships such as Radnor, Lower Merion, Tredyffrin, Marple and Newtown. Like Erica, Dave’s business is primarily referral based.

When not selling real estate, Dave enjoys his passion for surfing and trips to the family beach home in Ocean City, NJ, playing pick up basketball games whenever possible and spending time with his 3 kids and dog, June!
